This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and regulations.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically through the Seller’s website.

3. Products and Payment

The type, quantity, price, payment method, shipping fee, and delivery details of the ordered products are specified during checkout and on the order confirmation page.

4. Delivery

Products shall be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer within the period specified on the website, subject to stock availability and force majeure circumstances.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within the legally prescribed period without providing any reason, except for products excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable laws.

For hygiene reasons, underwear and intimate products whose packaging has been opened or which have been used are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Return and Refund

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories.

Refunds approved by the Seller shall be processed through the original payment method within the legally applicable period.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.

8. Acceptance

By placing an order through the website, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement electronically.
