Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ilydaily00@gmail.com.

Customers may request a return or exchange within the legally permitted period, provided that the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

For hygiene reasons, underwear products are not eligible for return or exchange once the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.

Products that have been used, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
